The Advanced Center for Pelvic Medicine is a multi-specialty medical institute founded in 1994. The Center brings together the specialties of Urology, Gynecology, and Urogynecology. We are dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of incontinence and related pelvic disorders, general gynecological disorders and female sexual dysfunction.
The primary focus of the Center is individualized, comprehensive, state-of- the-art care designed to help patients meet their own goals. We treat each patient as a partner in his or her medical care, and make patient education a central component of our care.
Because many urological and gynecological conditions are accompanied by social discomfort or embarrassment, we emphasize sensitivity and discretion when dealing with all of our patients’ concerns.
To maintain seamless care of our patients and to draw on the specialized expertise of the the two specialties, our center was formed in 1994 – the first known Gynecology/Urology center in the United States.
